Strap button causing body to chip

I bought an Ibanez rgr321 from swee lee about 3months ago. Used it with strap for quite a few times and just realised the screw holding strap button is causing the wood at the tip of the body to chip. Does anyone know how to get this fixed?

Bring it back to swee lee. The screw is not drilled in at the right position. It is to close to the edge of the wood, and it is tearing the wood apart. This is a warranty issue.
