Starting new Jpop/Rock band

Hi guys, I'm forming a serious band that will be going for future gigs and gain popularity from it

I play the lead guitar with about 3-4years of experience.

Songs that we will be playing are mainly

-Girls demo/LiSA
-Supercell/Egoist
-Nano
-Aoi Eir
-And other Anime Op/ED

I will be looking for a
-Rhythm Guitarist
-Drummer
-Bassist
-keyboardist
-and of course, Female vocalist

Age wise, I'm 20 this year, Would prefer 18~24

As said, I'm looking forward to a serious band,
