Hey, me and a friend are starting a band as can be seen from the title.
I'm a bassist who's 15, and I've got a lead guitarist and she's 14.
We have a wide range of influences from pop-punk bands like Paramore to metal bands like Iron Maiden, however for this band we want to do more indie rock (as can be seen from title) kind of thing, along the lines of Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Vampire Weekend, Raconteurs, She & Him, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and maybe some Death Cab for Cutie.
So we need a drummer and a singer (who can preferably play the guitar or keyboard, and preferably female) and maybe a rhythm guitarist. Anyone 13-16 is welcome as long as you're dedicated and can jam relatively often (Twice a week?)
