Songwriter/Lyricist Looking for Female Vocalist and/or Bedroom Musicians

Hey. I’m a 29M songwriter/lyricist/vocalist looking to start some creative projects. Purely for that special feeling you get what you create something that can only be conjured by the thoughts that keep you up at night, the love that you once held, lost, and still yearn for, and the heart that become a museum of your saddest memories.

I’m looking for:
  • A female vocalist to bring a couple of my songs to life. I’ve written them over instrumental/beats from other producers, which I’ll lease if we decide to finish the songs together.
    • I’m hoping you have a basic home recording setup. Nothing fancy – an audio interface, a decent mic, and whatever DAW will do, just enough to send me clear acapella vocal recordings. I’ll (try my best to) mix your vocals and finish the song. There’s no specific end goal here. You could treat it as vocal practice, demos you can share with your friends, or something to kickstart your music-making hobby. For me, I’m chasing that feeling of hearing my words come alive.
  • Any amateur/bedroom musicians who want to create music in a chill, low-pressure space. Authentic self-expression rather than polished final products. Emo band looking for lyricist/vocalist? Rapper looking to make a track together? I'm down to give it a shot.
Here are some demos I wrote. Let me know if you can't open the files.
  • Taylor Swift-ish song. Lyrics, melodies, and vocal mix by me, vocals by a friend.
  • Dark Pop-ish song. Rough demo, incomplete. Lyrics, melodies, and vocals (tuned to sound somewhat like a girl) by me. Think Artemas, Isabel LaRosa vibes. I’m leaning towards this style.
I’m into a lot of different genres. My top genres (according to Spotify Wrapped) include Trap Soupl, EDM, Emo Rap, Pop, Dark Pop. I even like some K-Pop, and I grew up listening to Pop Punk, Post-Hardcore, and Metalcore.

A little about me:
I have a few songs (Melodic Emo Rap) on Spotify from years back in 2019. They did decently well with 100k+ streams, but that’s nothing compared to the indescribable feeling in knowing a song you wrote in your room resonated with someone halfway across the world. So I’m here to reconnect with my creative spark. Let me know if you’d like to listen to my old songs.

If you're interested, please leave a comment or PM me with your Telegram user. I can share some more of my ideas. Thanks!
