Small question to improve my singing

Hey people wanted to ask this for a long time already haha. My voice sounds kinda deep, but it doesnt sound that deep when i hear it while i sing.(like people said, what u hear when u sing is different from what other people hear) It's actually kinda deep when i listen to my recordings. I prefer to sing in a less deep voice. Should i sing in a higher key so that my recording sounds like what i wanted it to be like?

Hi there, cause i had a deep voice too. And it hard to sing most songs that is nice and challenging.

Well, if you had the wide range, you can try singing up some semi tones key.

I used to hate my voice because ive always thought it sounded too high and almost childlike , but with practice and self monitoring i slowly grow to appreciate my voice type and adapt accordingly and sing songs in my own style . You just have to keep recording yourself , listen and try to adjust the parts that you dont like , keep doing that with different songs and youll get it . Im no professional , neither have i had any vocal lessons but the excercise mentioned above helped me find my own style. Hope that helped , you can check out my videos .
