Singing Low with Chest Voice...

Hi...
Everyone knows that when you sing a lower register you use your chest's voice and when you sing a higher register, you use your head's...
I just wanna ask around...when you guys sing low, using your chest voice...are the vibrations that you should feel in your chest very obvious to you?Because the vibrations I feel when singing low are very obvious to me,and I feel as though my voice will sound shaky when it comes out.I've no mic or voice recorder at home...so I haven't really heard myself sing low, whether it's ACTUALLY shaky or not.Whereas when I sing a little higher...I feel like my voice is very free.Maybe it's because of my chest voice's vibrations that I feel this way?Because when in head voice, the only vibrations you feel are in your head, you hardly/don't feel any vibrations in your chest.

PS: Please don't ask me to seek a singing teacher or w/e.I'm self-trained and have always been.

On a side note:
-Anyone here can sing like Mark Hoppus from Blink 182?I can sing like him when he goes higher in his registry, like for example in The Rock Show. But I can't/dunno if I'm singing like Mark when I go low...like in the intro to I Miss You.
Also, want to know if anyone actually knows the exact way he sings.(I've noticed he always sings with his right leg pushing his body forwards, and the mic always a little higher so he has to stretch.)
