Cacophony.SG presents PK 大赛 @ Frontier singing competition!

Prizes to be won: more than $1000 worth of cash and prices, a chance to be part of Glee Studios (the official music company for PK 大赛 @ Frontier)
Registration fee: $12 for passion card holders, $15 for non passion card holders
Auditions: 16 July, Sat (between 11am to 4pm)
Finals: 27 August, Sat (1pm)
Venue: The Frontier Community CC (Beside Jurong Point)
Register: Cacophony.SG Website or Frontier CC Counter. Payment can be made on the audition date.

Many forum users have expressed interest and emailed in to query about the judging criteria, particularly whether this competition is going to be another of those that make use of voting to make money. Well, you don't have to worry about a thing! :)

Cacophony.SG would like to assure everyone that public voting on the day of the finals is absolutely free, meaning all the audience will get the right to vote for the finalist they like.

Once again, this competition is supported by People's Association and in conjunction with PAYM's 40th anniversary, Cacophony.SG has decided to organise "PK 大赛 @ Frontier" singing competition to gather talented singers from all around Singapore to battle it out in a singing competition that stresses on The Voice and The Performance.

You may be of any colour, any size, any look. It DOESN'T MATTER! As long as you have the interest, you have the talent, you love to sing, you love to perform, this competition is for you! :):)

"PK 大赛 @ Frontier" has partnered with Glee Studios, our official Music Company, which is sourcing for talented singer performers to recruit, and Cacophony.SG is also looking to recruit more interested and passionate youths who love singing and music, so this is the chance to show what you've got!

Presidential Election 2011 has been confirmed to be on 27 August 2011 and as such, our official venue, The Frontier CC, will be closed due to it being a public holiday. Hence, PK 大赛 @ Frontier Grand Finals will be held on 28 August, 1pm at The Frontier CC instead. Thanks. See you there!

There will be a 20% public voting component for Grand Finals Round 2. Everyone present can vote once. Voting is free when you register at the voting booth. Our judges include Singapore Idol Runnerup, Jasmine Tye; Project Superstar Finalist and Vocal Consultant to Our Official Artiste Management Company, Genesis 21, Veron Yang; as well as Directors from our Official Music Company, J&D Glee Studios.

Guest Performances include our very own Cacophony.SG Performing Artistes and Recording Artiste, Marion Loh from Genesis 21, who will grace the stage with a song from her new EP on the Grand Finals day.
