SINGERS, Myspace is bringing you the chance to record an album with an internationally respected producer ( over 30 million records sold ).
He is looking for someone with a great, distinctive voice, an ear for melody, to be able to hold a tune and write a song: charisma and intelligence always a plus. You must be able to travel to (North) London on a regular basis. Your work on this record can happily run alongside your plans/band/work or what have you.
A willingness to experiment, work hard, a general love of life, a bit of political nous even - essentially what we are looking for is a fully rounded human being with a fine voice. Of course, infinite riches, worldwide fame and serious drug habit will follow.
The Album itself is/will be warm, beautiful and electronic. No knowledge (or appreciation) of electronic music is required; in fact, a meeting of different worlds might be great - think Marvin Gaye meets Boards of Canada, or Feist meets Ulrich Schnauss, or Underworld meets Michael Stipe, etc...
