Shred lessons?

anyone knows where to go for shred lessons? i've been playing for years but my shredding or what i think it is, just sucks.

'shredding' is playing what you can but at a faster pace. start as such: re-learn the stuff you already know, just increase the tempo...

As what is mentioned by sub shredding is playing at a faster pace.Do you read/practice any musical theories on scales/modals/advance techniques and such.....
