just bought Ibanez's GAXB (32") & finds it very addictive 8)

me. i have the epi eb 0. thinking of changing the strings but i dunno if its the same as med scale ones.
 
is there such a thing as a 30.5" short scale ?

hmmz how does it sound and feel brother sub ? how much ya paid for it ? is the tone limited by the one pickup ?

i was really eyeing the Ibanez RD500 but i changed my mind at the 11th hour... 8) let's just say that i have other plans.

i was playing my dad's Mustang bass & found it very addictive, maybe because the shorter scale appeals more to me. however, the Mustang has very limited tonal range so i decided to give the GAXB a go, glad i did. it's a simple bass, devoid of a tone control but wisely replaced by a 3-way tone switch. this gives an illusion of pickup switching, it's very guitar-like, something i embrace readily.
