Short fingers.

Tried barring the 10s with your first finger and fret 11 and 12 with the remaining fingers (I prefer using middle and ring finger)? Simply slide to the next chord with the same shape.

Tried it, but most of the times i mute the second string.

Either you're not pressing hard enough, or using the wrong edge of your finger to bar it that's why it seems muted. Just keep practicing on barring the notes until they sound clear before adding in the rest of the chord's notes.

I hate it.
Can't do this chord properly.

ukelele?

Seriously though, you're talking about a stretch across two frets! Either your very young and/or very new to guitar playing.

Can you do a normal C chord? That requires an even further stretch! Perhaps it's an issue with your barre-ing technique?

Guitar.
I just started 2 months ago, 14 going 15 years old.
I slightly got the hang of it already, been practising for 1 hour.

OK. Be patient bro. You need to build finger strength for barre chords. You can still enjoy yourself by playing chords closer to the neck where you don't need to play a barre chord. That way you get to enjoy playing and also pratice your barre chords.

Have fun
