I highly recommend this pickup for all violinists who are looking for an alternative instead of buying an electric violin. It has an extremely good acoustic sound reproduction and the Preamp gives you a lot of creative control on stage, allowing you to adjust volume and tone on stage. Definitely one of the best in the market, I am a Shadow user myself.
