hey. i am looking to replace the stock pickups on my Ibanez SA260 with a JB in the bridge, and Hot Stack STK-S2s in the middle and neck. the thing is, i can't decide which would be better for this guitar. a custom or a JB in the bridge.

also, does anyone know whether davis has these pickups in stock? last i heard they were out of stocks.

Not sure about the custom but i definitely saw the hotstacks and Jbs there just last Sunday.

if you want more mids, go for the JB. the Custom is basically a hot-rodded '59.

What about Screamin Demon? It's got more mid than JB, i think.

BTW, has anyone tried putting Screamin Demon on the neck?

the Screamin Demon has lots of lower midrange. have it in the bridge of my Ibanez RG.
