Set-up & Refret for vintage (70s) Les Paul?

I know there's already a few "Where to go for servicing/set-up" threads, but I thought this might be a bit more specialized.

Where would you guys recommend to go to do a set-up and (partial) refret of a 1974 Les Paul Custom?

Actually only the 1st 5 frets need to be replaced, the rest are still good to go. But here's the thing - the frets are the original low "Fretless Wonder" frets, and last I checked these are no longer in production. Is there anyone in SG that can source some NOS of those, or able to work other types of fret wire down to match the remaining original ones? Also, I'm sure most folks know that on the original neck binding on Gibsons there are these raised "nubs" at both ends of the original frets. I want to retain these nubs (which apparently will take more skill, time and effort for the refret), so who would have the skill and know-how to do that?

Guitar Connection. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle a vintage instrument. Head down and talk to Wayne, he knows his Gibsons and should be able to hook you up.

fretless wonder frets are really too flat. almost impossible to perform a bend. Guitar Connection is the place to go. they have different fret sizes. talk to my bro Wayne. he can help you out.

Malcolm with my vote (y) I wouldn't just send it to a shop, rather someone give such a precious guitar all his TLC
