action too low already. make the bridge higher and it should solve the problem unless your guitar neck is bent. then that's a different case.

then what kind of bridge are you using? T-O-M? ZR trem?

Adjust action. check if the strings are placed properly on the bridge

what does low action mean? does it mean the bridge is too low?

it usually means that the strings are quite close to the fret board so that fretting notes on the guitar is easier, especially for lead/shred guitarists and alot of metalheads.
