Anybody can advice me a semi acoustic?

I have been playing with my $100 acoustic guitar for about a year and i have decided to buy a semi acoustic as i can put some reverb and easier for recording. Anybody can advice one below $300?

im thinking of selling my semi-acoustic which is in a very good condition for like $250 (nego). its very clean and maintained. sound system still very good. how would you like my offer? its brand Fina by the way. its kinda big for me so thats why im selling it off but i got no luck though.
