upgrade PT10 to 11 costs US$299
sinamex selling a new PT11 plus iLok S$950
so a used PT10 S$500 + upgrade US$299 is about S$850
might as well buy a new one ... ?!

You’re eligible to receive a complimentary upgrade to Pro Tools 11 if you've purchased one of the following products on or after April 7, 2013, registered your purchase, and activated your software:
Purchased a full, upgrade, or crossgrade version of Pro Tools 10
Purchased a full, upgrade, or crossgrade version of Pro Tools 10
Purchased a Pro Tools HD 10 upgrade
Purchased an Avid product that included Pro Tools 9 or 10, or Pro Tools HD 9 or 10
If you’re eligible and purchased the full boxed (DVD) version of Pro Tools 10 or an Avid hardware system that included Pro Tools 9 or 10 installers on DVDs, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get your complimentary upgrade once Pro Tools 11 is available.
For all other eligible purchases, your Pro Tools 11 license is bundled with your Pro Tools 10 one, so all you’ll need to do is download Pro Tools 11 when it’s available (software installers will automatically be deposited into your Avid account).
