Hey man! I'm sorry! but If I'm not wrong, Ranking @ Bras Basah Sells the HCS crash 16" for for about 75 dollars! and that's brand new!

actually HCS is the lowest end of Meinl cymbals, this one in particular costs USD49.90, and Wuhan cymbals are very cheap, the 18 China about USD50-ish, but maybe they sound nice after breaking-in (some cymbals do) thats why he sell higher than retail? IDK man it doesn't make sense but oh well~ haha NO OFFENCE TS!!!

Meinl is good brand n quality.
