Running electro-acoustic guitar on a Vox AC4 (or any Tube Amps)?

Is it recommended? If no, why?

I have an acoustic, and an electric. But I wanna play electro-acoustic sometimes. Meaning I can bring it out but I can also plug it into an amp if I'm going for band practice. But as I'm currently on a budget, I am not looking at options to purchase an acoustic amp.

So my question would be, is it advisable or if it is okay, for me to run an electro-acoustic guitar on a tube amp? Would I be spoiling anything or is there anything I should take note of?

nothing will go wrong, just plug in, start with low volume, adjust the eq on the amp and play away

Be it a tube amp or not, as long as we insert the instrument cable to the amp, with another device on the other end of the cable which take in a phone plug(radio receiver, mp3 player, handheld game console etc), the amp will amplify the signal which it receive.

Hehe, whether or not the sound its decent, thats another thing.
