Bought brand new 3 months ago and this bass was made in May this year! Selling because of funding a new bass. The bass is still spankin new and in mint condition.
Full, fat and punchy tone coming from the mahogany body, wenge fingerboard, maple neck. One of the sickest Koa top I've seen. Upgraded with aguilar 5j-HC pickups and obp3 preamp to give it that vintage jazz tone. Action is super low and neck is smooth as butter. Playability is top class on Roscoe basses. Roscoes are Highly regarded in the talkbass community and worldwide.
I would like to add that buying the bass new is $3850 as quoted from bassfreq the local dealer. Plus the upgrades and installation would cost another $400. All tracks eq is at noon, and goes from bass>irig>garageband>soundcloud. For some strange reason, the gain I recorded with is very low, hence u will hear quite a bit of background noise in the track. However u can be assured that the bass is very quiet and wont have any noise when u're going through an amp or di.
This is just bridge pickups only. The melody has a tad of reverb added.
