Me and some friends were at Rockstar today, just for a casual jamming.
The place really ROCK man!
The studios were in excellent stage. They have studios for all type of genre.
You guys should really give it a try, and decide whether it's value for money, or what! Don't take my word for it! Give it a shot and you won't regret a single cent.
The Recital Studio is really impressive.
They even have membership and discounted rates for members.
Neal & Patrina are really the kind of people you want to interact with.

Oh yes they are. They're one of the nicest and bestest people I've ever met in my life. And "Patrina" spells Petrina. We call her Pet. And she cooks really nice pasta!

is it possible to hold a "mini" gig there?
as in 2 or 3 bands come together..
play their songs and we bring some friends along to watch and stuff like that?

Yup you can rent it for mini gigs and clinics and stuff....for the rates give us a call or email and we will gladly assist you. The rates are very reasonable. Also there are still 4 smaller jamming studios available for competitive prices. Thanks

Hello... Take an MRT to KOVAN and then transfer to bus 136. Stop at the 3rd bus stop ( Kovan center bus stop). Look across the reoad and you will see a dark pink and orange building... we r inside on the 2nd floor.

Yeah really nice staff. I misplaced my ebow in one of the studios(i was there for a quite awhile) and they helped me look around for it. yay. Thumbs up. The studios were all very very cold though. Makes popping and slapping hurt

My casual ah pek band thinking of organising a mini concert for our close friends at Rockstar Studios.

was there yesterday jamming in the smallest room ( i think ). sadly , the bass amp wasn't really working out for me. The drums sounded hollow too. walked out of the room , saw the other rooms's equipment and wished we brought out more cash : (

central. Cause i asked them if they could increase the temperature and they said there was nothing they can do about it cause it's the main air con controlled by the building. They have individual units as well cause the main ones will be switched off after dunno what time...

Enough said lah! Why don't you try out yourself and compare to where you have jammed before. The central a/c up to 9.00pm, then they will turn on the individual unit. The small room with small price, of course lah the equipment also budget mah! But compare to other studios, I believe, it beats them 10 folds. Try the bigger rooms, and you'll be amaze! Don't forget to bring a jacket if you jamm before 9.00pm.

sorry , the room cost like 18bucks an hour and if i compare with 4tones with a low price of 16bucks an hour , i think i would rather jam and die there. I hope they would moderate their rates.
