creative is everywhere

base station is at Jurong East, they have a feeder bus there to bring u in. Its around a 1000 plus.

With a maximum budget of $1500, your options for a recording interface is wide open.

Why not try stuff from Presonus, Focusrite or M-Audio? Since budget is not an issue here, you will need to narrow down your choice depending on the number of simultaneous inputs you need and also decide if you wanna buy a separate recording software instead of the software bundled together with the product.

Just a suggestion, you might wanna try getting M-Audio's Firewire 410 ($595) and M-Powered Pro Tools ($525). And you still have leftovers to get a good mic. 8)
