Recommend a guitar

Ok then, I'm looking for a guitar...
-thin neck
-active pickups
-floyd rose
-good upper fret access
-locking nut/tuners
-not costing more than 1.6k with a hardcase

I was thinking of getting a Schecter Hellraiser C-1 FR, but I read that the neck is rather thick

So wat you people think?
