The 1993 Gibson Chet Atkins Signature is a solid body semi-acoustic (similar to Godin). Plugged in, it sounds like an acoustic with insane sustain, and it takes effects pedals well, with minimal feedback. It cost >$3000 new!
My unit is in impeccable mint condition, it has been gigged gently: the top is in remarkable condition for a 24 year old guitar with only micro scratches. Mild tarnishing of the gold hardware. Recently setup at TYMC with acoustic bronze 10s
