Hi Ikko.
I suggest you look at more models for comparison. Broaden your choice. You must know what you are looking for in a guitar. (e.g. Stratocaster, Les-Paul, bolt-on-neck, cutaway etc)
In terms of tone, tone depends on what wood is used (mahogany, rosewood, maple), where the wood is used (neck, fretboard), pickup configuration and quite or most importantly - what AMPLIFIER you plug your guitar into.
In terms of pickup, don't bother about getting superb tone from the stock pickups built onto the guitar. There's a reason why Seymour Duncan and DiMarzio haven't withdraw from the business.
I can't decide for you which guitar to get but here's what I think:
If you see a guitar you really like that you MUST have, and the price is right, grab it.
Ultimately, everybody has different preferences and it's hard to tell whose decision is better.
I hope this helps!
