1)how advisible is it to remove all strings at one go ? or is it better to like change string by string?

2) can i use just a wet cloth to clean the frets and give my guitar a wipe down?

1. changing one by one is better so the neck wont have that much change in tension.

2. yes u can. however for fretboard, its advisable to use a dry cloth with some lemon oil for wood. for the frets, dry cloth would do.

fixed bridge. but i wanna like polish the chrome parts, so want to actually remove all the strings, any ideas?

its fine to remove all of them, but dont do it too often.
and dont leave the guitar unstringed for too long

i remove all strings all the time- i need access to fret board for cleaning/ moisturizing.
