Questions regarding footswitches

Hey guys I recently bought a Roland Cube 30x and Epip LP Custom. I also got a distortion, overdrive pedal and a wah. I've been playing with it and I decided to use the "r-fier" setting as my distortion sound instead of using my distortion pedal.

The question is, is it possible to get a boss footswitch to change it between the JC clean and lead? Also, how does the boss fs work? How will i able to connect the amp, fs, and my 2 pedals together?

yes it possible to have a fs to change between channels.the fs has its individual input so it does is not included in your efx chain.

i thought the amp has to have a footswitch jack for it to able to be connected to a footswitch? just look for the jack/ check the manual book..

yes, there is a footswitch jack. I'm asking whether the overdrive and wah pedals will still work because of the additional footswitch.

Amp -- footswitch (for clean/distortion)

overdrive -- wah -- guitar

will it work? the manual said fs-5u, can i use fs-5l instead?

of course it will work.how can it not work.

thanks! the manual said fs-5u, but can i use fs-5l? it's ridiculous to use fs-5u because that means i have to keep my feet on the pedal to keep the amp in distortion mode.

anyone knows which shops sell footswitches?

what for they sell?damn it its safe alright.dont worry your amp wont explode into gazillion tiny pieces.
