Question about warranty

Recently I bought an Ibanez S520EX from the year end sweelee sale. A few weeks after, a guitar tech mentioned to me that the frets were uneven and needed levelling.


So my question is, does the warranty cover this? How should I go about dealing with this?

that time i ask the uncle when i bought the drumset he said if there's any manufacturer problem we can send back if it's within one week with the receipt or something like that


why not just give them a call to check with them ?

oh yeah , if u have any warranty that comes with the guitar , bring it back cause it should be manufacturer's fault
