putting together a noisy, experimental, post-hardcore band

I'm a guitar player/vocalist looking to put together a new group for original tunes. The rock music I'm interested in making is in the vein of punk, noise, 90s post-hardcore and the DIY ethos. Right now, I'm looking for a drummer and bass player. I've always liked the 3 piece, but I'm also open to arranging the tunes for a 2nd guitar player, 2nd bass player, or a keyboardist.

I hope to put together something that becomes more collaborative, but for a start, I propose to lead sessions so as not to get sidetracked into working on nothing.

a bit about myself:
- my former band was a noise punk band based in Seattle, WA (demos available upon request)
- I'm a former music educator
- I'm an audio engineer

a bit more about the project:
- the intention is to book shows and record material
- I'll have tunes, but the sound will depend on US.
- sessions will be about 3 hours.
- If you study music, great! I can explain things in musical terms to you.
- If you don't study music, also great! I can mouth things out to you and we can figure it out together.

Sorry for making this like a job listing, but playing the music will be fun as fug, especially if you like loud shit.
