Problem with realtek Audio

Hi anyone have trouble with REALTEK Audio mixer? my volume for mic is grey out , cannot be adjust.. can anyone help me?

didn't install your drivers properly probably.

installed and even ask the helpdeck but they cant find the problem

well most important. does the mic in record anything?
