problem with drumset in HDB...

Hi guys!

I'm staying in a HDB flat and currently im trying to find a way to put something to mute the sound resonation towards the bottom of my neighbours house... I heard from people using underlayer carpet... anymore solution?? hoping to hearing from you soon
