Pro tools 7 HELP!!

I new to this whole thing and i now i ran into this problem.

I can't seem to set a metronome beat for my pro tools.How to in my metronome in pro tools?!!

haha yes I know man. but i remember there're a few more around soft... we need more SOFTies to help softies. then the received-help-softies can pay it forward to help more people..

The answer is:

first you add a mono-aux track, then insert the click plug-in
next you enable the click from the options menu
finally you set the click prefs from the setup menu

When you're working, just mute and un-mute the click track as needed
