Near brand new condition, bought on 15th May 2013, only a bit of scratch marks on the pick guard. Kept in a dehumidified room. (Average humidity 50%) Always kept in hard case with thirsty hippo satchets when not played, never left on a stand whatsoever.
Paid extra for a set up by Jarvis with FMI saddle and strings changed to Elixir nanoweb phosphor bronze. Original saddle is still kept in the case.

(Note: The description at the bottom is wrong though, this is not a First Edition piece, so the back and sides are actually Big Leaf maple.)
