Presentation of false info / unethical sales manner

With reference to the above info given by the seller, I as a buyer wasnt satisfied with the product, given tt its anything but 10/10 workability.

Firstly, I urge the community to first disregard the seemingly low price even for a 2H product because that is not the issue at hand where u argue that its a mutual thing between the seller and buyer. Instead, its due to the root cause of the problem (false/dishonest product) that led to the transaction actually taking place.

Anyway this is just for the benefit of future forumers who if so happen to be keen to buy 2H products here too so here goes:

As mentioned, the product was not working 10/10 at all, i would like to mention that it doesnt even warrant an 8. Reason? The headphones jack for the product was faulty. You hear not only buzz plus you dont hear completely the sounds (i.e. soft guitar sounds throughout the song, or the sounds turn loud/soft intermittently, or u only hear rhythm but not lead, vice versa.)

I'm sure many who've bought such products know that the headphone jack is one of the MOST important function of an AI, simply due to the convenience and practicality that it provides for the player/user who's going to record.
BUT this is not all, in the 'box' that is included, the seller didnt even provide the CDs (containing your DAWs, etc) that comes with the box. I thought I could let that pass because I could've tried my luck to download them and use for the time being. But it was the last straw when the headphone jack just could not work.

The username of the seller was psychorattlesnake. Even after repeated contact w him via smses, he still hasn't delivered the CDs that he promised to send after I decided to confront him since I was very disappointed already. Well his contact# is 98175114 so forumers out there, just take note.

Like Ive mentioned this is just typed out for the benefit of forumers, I do not wish to make a din in the forum and only intend to better inform the community. Thanks.
 
Why don't you return the unit for a refund since its faulty at 1 output? Did you have this clause with the seller before you bought this unit?
