practice pad drum set

Any shop selling a full practice pad kit? I really interested to get one just to practice at my room.

Anybody knows the price and details?

Ranking sports in Bras Basar had a set going for 250 if I am not wrong, not sure if it's still for sale. I used to own one. IMO not very good, noisy and too much bounce on the pads, which is essentially a rubber coating over a piece on metal plate. The plastic cymbals are very noisy too and I often get a shock whenever I crash when practicing... haha
