How much will you pay for these bands to perform in Singapore?

How much of a discount are they willing to give as fees?

I think it's better to get bands as such as part of a festival, they don't have to play an entire album length of music ( which could see a reduction in fess etc ) & the audience get to check out more bands.

If you're an organizer, why don't you get bands form the region& go on a tour of each home country, as part of some festival/cause etc.
