Pickup Recommendation

Hey guys, I need some recommendation cuz my father dun let me buy from Gain10. Erm is there any other place that sells Seymour Duncan JB, other than Davis. Cuz davis ships in stock nxt mth and i need it by this or next week. Some help incase I can't get JB. I'm playing punk rock/rock/metal so what kind of pickups i should get. JB, Custom or Custom Custom. All Seymour Duncan. I don't know the difference cause i never tried any of them before, pls reply asap thanks!

hmm.. cant realli recommend but i can tell u where u can find SD pickups.. just saw some at Yamaha Music Plaza @ PS.. tink i saw some Duncan customs for sale.. and some more got 25% discount now

If your dad is concerned with the security of paying online and the shipping... why don't you give a call to the gain10 ppl and ask them to meet you? They would you know. Nice people.

Yeap he is. I've emailed Gain10 to ask them to arrange a date so that I can meet them. Thanks for the help of you guys. I'm getting my SH-4! WOOT! I'm so happy. But anyway Custom and Custom Custom, whats the difference? lol

Er...just to borrow this thread....i was thinking of changing between the SH6 or the EMG85.

i need massive distortion, playing metalcore.
using a epiphone SG.

so yeah...anyone can advise on which pickup suits me better?
