Pickup issue

Hey all, I'm kinda new to this, but can i know how do you change pickup rather than sending it to a Guitar shop? I've got a 60th Anniversary Mexican Fender Strat™ and i have one Seymour Duncan HotRails (SHR-1 Neck) Pickup.

You need some soldering skills. Schematics can be found at seymour duncan website.

But than must i have seymour duncan pickups for the rest of the position or i can use stock fender pickups with the one i have?

you can leave the stock pickups in. but the pickups might not be balanced volume wise. the only way to tell is to try. go to seymour duncan web site to find the schematics and learn how to solder. it's easy. after that you can save up a lot of money cause you won't have to send it in for expensive installation jobs.
