Experienced piano teacher; Well-liked by children

I live near Hougang MRT and I've been playing the piano for almost 12 years now. Having scored a distinction in my ATCL diploma in piano recital (Trinity College London) and obtaining my Trinity Theory Grade 8 qualification 3 years ago, I have taught children as young as 4. I have about 2.5 years of teaching experience and parents have commented that their children look forward to piano lesson every week.
Piano lesson fees (includes both theory & practical, unless otherwise stated) are as follows:
$100 per month (30min) for beginners
$120 (45min) for Gr 1 or beginners
$80 per month for beginner theory lessons.
Rates will increase for more advanced students and lessons conducted at the student's place would include additional transport fees.
Besides learning classical pieces, pop pieces will also be taught occasionally, ensuring that lessons are not monotonous. Furthermore, games are incorporated into lessons, thus students love the way how music lessons are conducted and look forward to them every lesson.
