Percussion Lessons?

I'm totally newbie to playing percussion, just know how to play acoustic guitar and sing. So yeah, thinking of picking up a new instrument and asking for any good recommendations for lessons in percussion drums. Somehow, I never really got interested in regular drums or even the electric guitar. Thanks in advance!
