Pedalboard power supply

Mm.. yeah, cos most power adapters have more current than required by pedals.
But after reading the guyatone website, it does state 160ma power consumption. Its adapter is 200ma.

Its a bit difficult to get what you're after.
Mainly because of the current rating + voltage, it'd make for quite a big power supply.

Why not just use the supplied power adapter?

Sometimes really bo bian.

hrm cos i bought it 2nd hand din come with adaptor. i oso have another delay coming which also doesnt run on batteries so end up i have more and more adaptors haha.

well a pp2+ will solve your problems, but its a huge step up from my 1spot. eliminated 90% of the noise, together with use of george l's. my weakest links right now are probably the stupid planet wave instrument cables i use

where does it retail at? cos i cant seem to find a 240V one on ebay.

Sometimes conflicting voltage requirements and ground loops will cause noise in non isolated power supplies. I'm using a 1spot with 15 effects and no problems though. Another method for your 12V woes may be to use a charge pump like this one:

They typically step up the 9V to 18V, which can easily be stepped down to 12V with a simple voltage divider if needed. Most 12VDC pedals I know of can take 18V too though.
