Who can join?

- Open to Singapore citizens or PRs between 18-35 years old
- Contestant(s) can either join as solo or a group (up to 3 members)
- For solo or group submissions, the participant(s) must make use of at least one musical instrument.
- Songs can be performed in mandarin or english
