The Celebrity X-shaped bracing has been perfected over the last few years through a computer modeling
process. This technology was once only available in more expensive musical instruments.
The Celebrity CC44 mid-depth Ovation guitar has a beautiful solid spruce top, offering both stunning
looks and balanced tone and its lightweight bracing give this Celebrity a big, clear
sound with plenty of punch and projection. Ovation’s classic Mid-Depth composite body delivers
balanced acoustic tone and is comfortable to hold and play.
The soft-V neck shape, 25-1/4" scale, 10" radius, and 1-11/16" nut width add comfort and playability
for your fret hand and its slim neck has an electric-style profile, 20 hand-finished nickel-silver frets,
and low setup action. A cutaway insures easy access to the entire fretboard. With its 3-band equalizer
and onboard tuner, the instrument’s OP-4BT preamp provides players with flexible tone control in any
performance setting.
