Organizing meet ups at a place for exchanging of comments on each others' singing?

I would like to start a topic on meet ups to share comments on each others techniques. People will get benefited by receiving good feedbacks and overcoming stage fright.
Firstly, if someone is interested, please post replies here and your email.
Secondly, a venue is need.
Thirdly, depending on the venue , cost is to be shared.

Personal, i do more of classic-pop. However i love all genres of song. Feel free to post replies here.

Hi Cheonglehung,

Actually we have a small community here on that aspect. We have 2 different session. One is VHC(Vocalist Hangout chillout)which we normally go to some karaoke and sing our hearts out. The second session is VH(Vocalist Hangout) which we will come and sing, give comment, learnt from one another, etc.

The reason it's like not much movement now is the fasting month. I'm sure things will start kicking off again after Hari Raya. But, if you should want to organise that's good!! Can count me in, but I'm more to the VHC instead of VH session.

We'll set the date after Hari Raya can? Actually I don't mind organizing it before hari raya, it's just that I'm in the midst of moving out so I'm a bit busy lah.

But we can start discussing it now; throw your ideas everybody!

1 - Location
We need a place that everyone can sit together and sing. Preferably somewhere central so that it's easy for everyone to travel there.

2 - Music setting & backing track
I think we can handle this by two ways; bringing a cd player or something so that the person can sing along to it, or bring your guitars / keys / etc to sing.

That is a good idea but hope that you guys can help me on that because i don't know any instrument and also post the dates you are free to come and i didnt know about VHC or VH no offense.
