Ordering a guitar online. How?

I have been planning to get an esp from an online store. But, I have completely no idea how.

A few online stores I have gone into - zzounds, music123, gearhounds, sweetwater, musiciansfriend, etc.
Some of them offers free shipping? How does it work?
And some says they don't ship internationally.
But I searched SOFT forums and saw that people have bought from the online stores which don't ship internationally.
How do I do that? Please, someone tell me!

How much would shipping cost, by the way?

free shipping for the online sites are to US only. even canada must pay! gearhounds have a price to meet before they will ship internationally. if you wanna ship int'l, expect to pay up to usd 200 depending if you have hard case etc.. so if ur ESP costs more than usd999, get it from gearhound but beware of customs tax when the guitar gets shipped to you. v post is an alternative too =)
