From the US, try Wildwood Guitars (www.wildwoodguitars.com), Musician's Friend via VpostUSA (www.musiciansfriend.com), or Guitar Asylum (www.guitarasylum.com). From Japan the only one I know of is Ishibashi (www.ishibashi-music.com). Between these stores you should be able to get almost anything you're looking for.

yep. alternatively you can get brendon from bgwguitars.com to handle the shipping for you but I'm not sure on the specifics of that. better to ask him.
