In the eloquent setting of Blu Jaz Cafe, this unique event is co-hosted by the bands Basement In My Loft & Shelves. Similar influences, and similar tastes in geetars & amplifiers too.

is an Indie Rock band from Singapore. Ex-Suchness frontman, Noel Yeo, mostly writes, sings, & plays guitar. Mel Ho (also formerly of Suchness) is on another guitar, occasionally helping out on vocals. Robin Chua is on drums, marking his return into the local music scene since leaving the legendary Livonia. Brian Koh, currently also with nifty pop darlings Leeson, completes the line-up on bass.

formed in October 2009, having met at an originals only open mic. They went on to record a 12 track album which is scheduled for release at Singapore Baybeats 2010 – where the band will be performing on 21st August.
For this special occasion, BIML are honoured to be joined by their mentor for Baybeats, Mr Kevin Mathews, who’ll be on stage to play some songs with the band.
Later in the evening, both bands will be joining forces to play some songs from one of their major influences: Teenage Fanclub! Lets hope the stage is big enough…
Who’s up first? Who cares. We’ll probably flip a coin.
You can’t miss this, now can ya?!
