but i prefer trading solo with a non malmsteen kind..
from what i hear ur playing the scale repeatedly (its the same scale on the 12:8) viking solo..

correct me if im wrong...
just a suggestion in a style of malmsteen , u might like to add dim* runs or triad...that would spice or colour the mood of the song...

keep on picking !
