i've just tried my 1st recording, the solo from - Highway Star

i'm no Richie Blackmore and i know, i'm fumbling, hope you guys will give it a listen and some comments on it ... Thanks for your time. :lol:

hi dave, i can comment only on the picturesque part, coz i don't know blackmore's works. it has an intensive upbeat tempo which you did not let up. as you have just started picking up on your hobby again, the pace must have been punishing on those fingers huh?
on aidi's comments on the 'abit off', i don't know if he meant the same as what i hear. i do hear 'abit off' in tone. however, i truly do not know if it is meant to be?!! (some songs nowadays are in fashion to be a little off in sounding! )

ZOOM GFX-5 (using MS OLD) tone on guitar both at 0

ur bends are slightly off-pitch. work on them and it'll sound better i guess.

yes thor666 ... i seldom do bends ... as u've said, i always cant really get to that sound i want .. think usually i ended up short ? thanks for the comments.
