The songwriting is quite good. The only thing I don't like about them is that the arrangement is too standard - too normal. Try to think of interesting bridge sections and/or endings where you can bring the song onto another level/stage/'scenery' music-wise.
The guitar-playing fits the bill quite well, but I would try to add more plucking tecniques into certain sections - another way to being another dimension to your songs. You can strum on certain verses and pluck on others. Simply doing that will give some of the songs a breathe of fresh air - away from being deemed "standard" fare.
The singing is weak so either you work on it if you really want to sing your own songs. Otherwise, concentrate more on songwriting and guitaring. The singing will be good to help you in the songwriting bit.
